My name is Chris and I'm the founder of Avanti. I am a firm believer that if you look good, you feel good. That means providing all the avenues to help with that process, whether it's fitness guides, delicious smoothies, essential oils or fragrances I truly want to make everyone their best selves.

My mission is clear. I believe that sometimes people live a life they don't really want to live and get so used to it and I want to change that and make it possible for anyone to truly be a better, healthier them. I created a Fitness, Wellness and Fashion hybrid to cultivate a healthier world. The pain of regret is far greater than the pain of discipline. I want to not only help people live a healthier life but to start loving themselves again!

Avanti is about complete change. Whether they are struggling with their weight or confidence. We are a fitness, health and wellness company that helps people truly feel good about themselves again. Starting with fitness, we help people start feeling their best and helping them meet their goals with our t-shirt milestone reward system. We help people express themselves and look their best. We have essential oils , fragrances and aromatherapy because they help with this transition into a better you.

There is a part of Avanti called the "Care Initiative" which is the non profit part of Avanti, where we give back and try to improve communities and the people that live there! We are currently working to rebuild Minneapolis.
